These terms apply when you use credpoint.in or ask CredPoint for cashback. By using the website you agree to them. Please read them with our Cashback Policy, Refund & Cancellation Policy and Privacy Policy.
Our service
CredPoint lists offers from partner stores. When you buy through a CredPoint link, the store may pay us a commission, and we share part of it with you as cashback under the Cashback Policy. CredPoint is free to use.
Who can use CredPoint
You must be at least 18 years old and live in India to receive cashback. Please use one email address and one payout account (UPI ID or bank account) with us.
Stores and your purchases
When you click an offer, you leave CredPoint and buy directly from the store. Your purchase is a contract between you and the store, which alone is responsible for its products, prices, payments, delivery, returns, refunds and customer service. CredPoint does not sell products.
Offers
We list offers after confirming their rate and conditions and work to keep them accurate. Stores can change or end offers, sometimes without telling us first. If an offer on our site differs from what the store confirms for your order, the store's confirmed terms decide the cashback. Cashback is not owed until the store approves your order.
Fair use
You agree not to:
- report orders you didn't place, or that didn't start from a CredPoint link;
- place fake, bulk or resale orders, or orders you plan to cancel, to earn cashback;
- use several email addresses or payout accounts to get around any limit;
- misuse our links, copy our content, or interfere with the website's security or operation.
If we reasonably believe these terms have been broken, we may decline or reverse cashback and stop providing our service to you.
Our content
The CredPoint name, logo, design and text on this website belong to CredPoint. Store names and logos belong to their owners and are used only to identify their offers.
Limits of responsibility
We provide the website "as is". We are not responsible for stores' products or services, or for cashback a store does not confirm. To the extent the law allows, our total responsibility to you for any claim is limited to the approved cashback we owe you. Nothing here limits your rights under Indian consumer protection law.
Changes
We may update these terms. The date at the top shows the latest version. Cashback already approved is paid under the terms in force when it was approved.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts in Manipur have jurisdiction over disputes, without affecting any right you have to approach a consumer commission elsewhere.
